LEARNING THAT MOVES YOU

Established in Partnership

Established in partnership with the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Antonio in 2012, Ballet San Antonio’s Learning That Moves You (LTMY) program is an innovative arts education program offering dance/creative movement classes for underserved children ages 6-12.

Classes are held free of charge, and our curriculum is taught by a BSA Staff Member and/or a BSA Professional Dancer that is specifically trained to provide an in-depth art experience to children who may not otherwise have access to such programs.

If you would like to learn more about LTMY and becoming a partner, please complete the information below and a BSA staff member will contact you

For more information about this initiative and how you can support, please email info@balletsanantonio.org

“Collaborations with organizations like Ballet SA can truly enrich the lives of young people by introducing them to creative programs and experiences they might not have had otherwise. These partnerships not only contribute to the personal development of the youth involved but also foster a sense of community and collaboration. It’s great to see organizations coming together to create a supportive environment and offer diverse opportunities for the youth in the community.”

“We are grateful to community partners like Ballet San Antonio. We know many of our clients are unable to enroll their children in dance lessons and the activities you bring to our campus are enjoyed by all!”

Support the Program

Through this program, we bring the ballet to organizations across San Antonio and the surrounding area. We currently partner with the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Antonio, Haven for Hope and Roy Maas Youth Alternatives.

In 2024, we are excited to be expanding LTMY to include Summer Camp programming, with Haven for Hope and Roy Maas Youth Alternatives.

Our generous program sponsors make it possible for us to bring ballet to children who otherwise would not have access to such programs.
